Heel Pain Overview
Heel pain is mild to severe pain on the bottom of the foot. Symptoms & Causes

- Foot and calf stretching exercises
- Footwear changes
- Immobilization in a cast, splint, or boot
- Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs)
- Orthotics
- Rest, ice, compression, elevation (RICE)
- Steroid injections
- Shoe inserts
